Workout for the crack-popo

One of the secret of the crack-popos? According to our Drill Instructor (the man is also a trained physiotherapist) it has a lot to do with proper stretching. We believe him – and immediately start a stretching exercise for the gluteus (the buttock muscle) – after all, the summer is almost here and therefore high time to trim us on bikini figure.

So you stretch the butt.

  • Sit on the floor, legs stretched.
  • Let one leg stretch. Ankle and flip over the second leg so that the foot is at the level of the knee.
  • Now hang the diagonal elbow on the outside of the raised leg and press to the opposite direction.
  • If you still do not have enough, hang yourself in the outstretched leg with your hand 🙂
