As new born by fasting

Within nine days, a new body sensation and a more intense taste sensation can come about – through renunciation! The cure is initiated by a relief day, in which especially a lot of fruit and vegetables are on the program. This is followed by five to seven days of fasting, during which you only have liquid food in the form of teas, soups and juices. It should not be forgotten on the 30 grams of protein per day, which counteract muscle breakdown. In order not to fall back too fast into old nutritional patterns and the digestion is slowly getting back into shape, two to four days of training are needed at the end. The diet will continue to be reduced in price at this time, but with a little bit of fat (for example, potato cream soup or buttermilk) it will be a bit richer. To successfully perform a fasting cure, there are three basic rules to follow: 1. Before you start with Elan, be sure to have a doctor check and advise you.
2. Prevent it daily with 2-3 liters of water or herbal tea cravings!
3. Avoid all luxury foods like coffee, nicotine, alcohol, sweets. Those who follow these guidelines and do not equate fasting with a hunger strike against themselves will be amazed what reserves are in our body! Your program for a relief day : Distributed throughout the day 2-3 liters of water, drink naturally cloudy fruit juices and unsweetened herbal tea and grab for hunger in between to a piece of fruit. Breakfast:
– 1 apple, grapes, strawberries, 1 pear, 2 slices of pineapple
– 1 slice of wholegrain bread or cereal
– to drink: unsweetened herbal tea, eg peppermint lunch:
– 1 head of lettuce (lamb's lettuce, lettuce, …)
– 1 tomato
– 1 red pepper
– 3 gently cooked aubergine slices
– 1 celery
– 1 fennel
Mince the vegetables and garnish as desired with fresh herbs (eg chives), a few walnuts, fruit vinegar, cold-pressed oil and lemon juice. Dinner (if possible before 6 pm):
– 1 orange
– 1 apple
– Ѕ banana
– grapes
– 1 cup of natural yoghurt
