The Ayurvedic Panchakarma cure can help to prevent illnesses (even if their effect is not scientifically proven!). According to the traditional teachings of Indian medicine, fat-soluble poisons are extracted from the body by means of oil therapy. This is how it works: Sesame oil has disinfecting powers and removes fats from the body. Pour pure sesame oil in a pot and heat to 100 ° C. After cooling, you can put the now "matured" oil back into bottles. To purify every morning immediately after getting up, take a tablespoon of prepared sesame oil in your mouth and gargle around for about 10 minutes. Then spit out the oil and brush teeth thoroughly.
