Tips for the sauna

Keep short
Two, maximum three passes, each with 8-12 minutes. Cool in between, take a few steps, take a cold shower.
Is a cold on the way? Use menthol scents for infusion. Take a deep breath – better than any inhalation.
skin care
After sweating, rub in the skin with honey. The open pores absorb the antibacterial agents well.
After each pass, relax for 15 minutes with a book or just close your eyes. Otherwise the cycle will not work.
