Water stabilizes the circulation, ensures a beautiful, firm skin and helps to lose weight! But most of them drink too little – but you can learn it. So much must be: At least 2 glasses (each 1/4 liter) in the morning. 4 glasses during the day, 2 glasses in the evening – so at least 2 to 3 liters per day. Ideally, you stick to water, herbal or fruit teas (unsweetened!): A tip! So do not forget to drink: boil water with a ginger roll, put on the desk with a lot of fresh mint and a halved organic lemon in a jug.
