How to avoid eating attacks!

Wonderful, if you belong to the disciplined species human. They can pass the fridge without being overpowered by a sudden cravings attack. The not (as mine) evening fast again in the refrigerator and then suddenly murderous appetite for mozzarella, ham, yogurt, frozen pizza, frankfurter sausage, cookie ice cream – in short: EVERYTHING, what in the fridge is – to get. I am greedy, excessive and, above all, indiscriminate when I am overcome by food cravings. I stuff and stuff. Good nutrition is no longer self-evident since I work full-time. Especially in the office, eight hours before the Mac, I tend to push sweet and unhealthy snacks behind the gills. Healthy? Well, in the Weckerl was anyway a wilted lettuce leaf. No wonder my dream figure is still a dream. For a few weeks, I have been trying to change my diet. More vegetables and proteins, less carbohydrates, less sugar. Drink plenty of water. Our body needs energy to deliver and survive. But mostly we do not know how much energy we need to meet the demand. The moment we indulge in cravings, we do not eat to supply the necessary calories to our bodies, but to satisfy our minds. Sounds crazy, right? That's why it is not so easy to escape the cravings. But it is feasible. So I read all articles and tricks. The ones that have really helped me to beat the cravings attacks, I have collected here for you: Never without breakfast. A coffee or tea is not enough. And even a croissant gives only fast energy, which is just as quickly broken down again. To prevent morning binge eating, I always drink two cups of green tea and eat a yogurt with fruit and oatmeal. Also a wholemeal bread with some cheese and cucumber. This breakfast gives me enough protein and protein – both true satiety. Here you will learn why you are still hungry after breakfast. Water, water, water. I'm one of those people who really have to force themselves to drink something. I almost never feel thirsty. Now I force myself to 1.5 to 2 liters per day. And it really helps to prevent binge eating. Because the body often confuses the feeling of thirst with hunger. Hot water can even cleanse the body. Therefore, it is recommended that you also drink warm water after your meal. Here you will learn what you do to your body if you drink too little. Brush your teeth, chew gum. That sounds crazy, but it's really true! I would recommend chewing gum with "mint" flavor, because the taste buds absorb the sharp taste and the desire for sweets is neutralized. Thus, the cravings disappear. And in the evening it is also important to brush your teeth as early as possible. Otherwise the desire to eat a little chocolate in front of the TV quickly increases. Eat regularly. So far, I had no real rhythm while eating. I had lunch in front of the screen, even the dinner had no fixed date. Now I try to eat very regularly. Because our body and brain automatically adjust to it, if one eats at regular times. By having several small meals a day enough energy is supplied to the body. The result: The body does not cry for more food. Whole grain instead of white flour. Dark bread, brown rice, spelled noodles – I now avoid white flour products and rather stick to foods that contain a lot of fiber. Especially at noon. The satiety lasts longer, I'm not tempted so fast to push my energy level with sugar. Sweet just after meals. Without sweets I could not survive, renunciation is out of the question for me. But if I'm in the mood for sweets, then I'm snacking right after meals. Because then the blood sugar level does not rise so fast. However, I try more often to satisfy my craving with fruit. Sleep! Yes – enough sleep also helps to prevent food cravings (actually logical – or who of you has after a long party night does not have an appetite for hot-and-greasy?). Above all, if you sleep longer, you will not be under stress so easily. The triggers again hormones that stimulate the cravings and tempt us to frustration. Seven to eight hours of sleep are the optimum. By the way: In order for you to sleep better, you should avoid these foods! Self-discipline. Friends and relatives are often unaware that you are changing your diet. They feed you everything you are currently trying to avoid right now. Turn yourself off, practice self-discipline! But do not forget that you SHOULD NOT WAIT. You can eat anything – just not in abundance. Then the cravings have no chance. Let us know what tips helped you. Or do you have your own tips?
